Ways to make your clients feel important and valued at this event:

• add a sachet of green tea to drink or a small bath bomb for their foot soak

• Use tulle to tie a bow around the package--it still looks great after shipping!

• write out your guest list before the live event.  Be sure to tag them when the live begins.  If in person, make sure you know each person's name and call them by it when you hold the class.

• follow up with each guest, thank them for attending and do the closing questions with them
