Irresistible Eyes

Ways to make your clients feel important and valued at this event:

• Really spend some time with your client's eyes before sending her sample palette. Tell her what's beautiful about her eyes--color, shape, etc. Correctly identify their eye shape, ask them what colors they love wearing, and build their palette based on that information. Making her feel important and personalized is key with this event.

• Wrap the kit in tissue paper like a gift. Spray the package with one of our perfumes.

• Write out your guest list before the live event. Be sure to tag them when the live begins. If in person, make sure you know each person's name and call them by it when you hold the class.

• Follow up with each guest to close them out; thank them for attending.
