Ways to make your clients feel important and valued at this event:

• Add some bite-sized chocolates or a packet of hot cocoa to the kit.

• Wrap the kit in tissue paper like a gift. Spray the package with one of our perfumes.

• Write a note of encouragement to each guest (or a thank you for attending).

• Write out your guest list before the live event. Be sure to tag them when the live begins. If in person, make sure you know each person's name and call them by it when you hold the class.

• Follow up with each guest to close them out; thank them for attending.
